My room was cozy, but the shower was way too small for comfort.

The traditional pub atmosphere contributed to a lively vibe, which can be enjoyable for those seeking local interactions. The breakfast was surprisingly good, prepared with fresh local ingredients, setting a good tone for the day ahead.
My stay wasn't without its issues. The shower had weak pressure and a hint of mold, less than ideal. The room was cramped, particularly with a double and single bed squeezed together. It was like a struggle just to navigate the shower. There was also a noticeable scent in the dining area, reminiscent of a public restroom. Plus, noise from the bar downstairs carried into the wee hours. Certain rooms are closer to the entrance and exposed to the outside commotion.

The location above the entrance made for a noisy night, with disturbances from patrons shouting outside until after midnight. Inside, the shower had poor pressure and an unpleasant moldy smell. The room remained clean, albeit small, and the hotel's bar atmosphere felt lively. Sadly, the overall experience was marred by the unfortunate room placement.

The warm and welcoming atmosphere at this small hotel. Breakfast prepared by the previous owner was really good, and local conversations in the bar created a friendly vibe. A minor downside was some traffic noise, but it didn't overshadow the enjoyment of our visit.
